Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Conway, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.
This project includes Phase I improvements to convert the Conway Corporation Tucker Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant to an equalization storage facility. The project principally includes demolition and the installation of site piping, valves, slide gate, electric actuators, and all appurtenances to complete the project as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Demolish and Remove Existing Slide Gate and Piping, 2. Install Zebron Lining System on Existing Concrete Structure, 3. Yard Piping Improvements and Connection to Existing Manhole, 4. Install new Slide Gate and Plug Valves with Electric Motor Operators, 5. Install Electric Motor Operators on Existing Slide Gates, 6. Electrical and Controls Improvements.
