General construction of wastewater treatment facility buildings and concrete basins including sitework, yard piping, structural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical and instrumentation and control improvements. Improvements to the Gravity Thickeners, including but not limited to mechanisms, skimming equipment, weirs, and baffle replacements; structural rehabilitation of tanks, walls, and wet wells; thickened primary sludge pump and scum pump replacement; and service water improvements for each Gravity Thickener. Improvements to the Mechanical Thickening process, including but not limited to replacement of gravity belt thickeners (GBT), GBT feed and thickened sludge pumps, reconfiguration of existing pump system piping, replacement of thickener effluent pumps and piping, modifications to existing polymer feed system, new belt wash water pumping system, and new high pressure hot water system. Electrical system improvements include replacement of numerous motor control centers (MCC) and consolidation of some to power panels. MCCs will be upgraded to smart MCCs with power monitors. Miscellaneous improvements include a multitude of valve and piping replacements and reconfigurations, replacement of equipment control panels for consolidation, replacement of monitoring and control instrumentation, building HVAC systems to rebalance and report to SCADA.
