The project includes a full reconstruct of West D Street from North Center Street to the western ROW extent. The project also includes street lighting/pedestrian lighting, landscaping (including block retaining wall), and conduit sleeves for future irrigation. Site Directions: Casper, WY: West D Street from North Center Street to the west ROW extents (approximately 240 feet of reconstructed ROW). Est. Completion Date: Oct. 16, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered. Description The Contractor is required to create a Resident and Business Communication Plan to properly interact with all residents, businesses, and property owners impacted by the construction site. The plan must be applicable to General Contractors and all sub-contractors performing work on the project. The plan must be provided to the Owner for review prior to the Pre-Construction meeting. Failure to adhere to the communication plan by the Contractor or sub-contractor employees will result in the employees removal from the jobsite until the employee complies. engineers estimate $405,000
