The City of Casper, Wyoming, Support Services Department, Buildings and Structures Division, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified custodial maintenance service providers, hereafter referred to as Contractor, to provide comprehensive custodial maintenance services for up to seven (9) different City of Casper owned and operated locations for a period of three (3) years with an optional two (2) year automatic renewal. The Contractor supplying this service must be experienced in the custodial maintenance industry and must operate and comply with all applicable local, county, state, and federal policies, procedures, rules, regulations, codes, and laws. The successful Contractor must be fully insured to City established levels of coverage and keep in effect all required coverages during the term of the agreement. Proposals will be reviewed by the staff from the City of Casper and selected based on the following criteria: Cost Experience and References Service Approach Quality Control Plan The successful Contractor(s) should be prepared to begin services and maintenance operations on, or about July 1, 2024.
