The Regional School District 16 is seeking competitive bids from qualified firms to provide necessary services for the pumping of waste from Long River Middle School and Prospect Elementary School septic tanks as well as grease trap pumping and cleaning services from all Regional School District #16 schools. The scope of work for this project shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related work necessary to pump septic tanks and grease traps. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Pump septic tanks located at Long River Middle School, Regional School District 16 District Office, and Prospect Elementary School in accordance with the size of the tanks and projected usage. Pump and clean grease traps at Long River Middle School, Prospect Elementary School, Laurel Ledge Elementary School, and Woodland Regional High School up to four (4) times per year based on size of tank. All work to be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise approved. Clean work area and remove all debris, materials, tools, and equipment from site at project completion. o Provide documentation for the Regional School District 16 to provide to the current town sanitarian as required.
