The scope of work for this project shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and related work necessary to service boilers and HW heaters per factory specifications. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Inspect and clean boiler burners Inspect blower motors and controls for correct operation Inspect and check any dampers/controls associated with the boilers/HW heaters Check and test all safety limits for boilers/HW heatrs Check operation of all valves associated with boilers and hot water boilers Check and replace any filter components associated with the boilers or hot water system Grease and lube any bearings or valves associated with the boilers or hot water system as per guidelines Provide complete service reports for each boiler/HW heater with any parts that need repair that are not covered under this maintenance contract. All service must follow manufacturer's factory specification and follow any federal, state, and local regulations or guidelines. All service must be performed in the month of October each year during the term of the bid award.
