The Town of West Hartford is accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide Electrical Services Contractor shall comply with the Town of West Hartford's Indemnification and Insurance Exhibit "A" contained herein. The term of the contract pursuant to this solicitation shall be for the periods 07/01/24 to 06/30/27. Period I 07/01/24 to 06/30/25 Period II 07/01/25 to 06/30/26 Period III 07/01/26 to 06/30/27 Work performed under the contract which exceeds $25,000.00 for a single job may be competitively bid at the option of the Town. Bid event info : Bidders are encouraged to attend the Town's bid opening at which time the public is afforded an opportunity to record bid prices received in response to the Town's solicitation. Bidders who would like the results of the bid but are unable to attend the bid opening, may check the Town website online.
