As of july 1,2024 The project was awarded to Electric Company for $117,360.23 Generators Turn Key Installation, for Two (2) Stationary Emergency-Standby rated Generators, permanently mounted, delivery, setup, with transfer switch, startup, testing and training, warranty length & terms included, in bid Item (A) One (1) 100KW Generac, Cummins, Koehler, Caterpillar or equivalent industrial diesel engine driven generator, turbocharge/aftercooled 6 cylinder 6.7 L engine; including one (1) installed, Automatic transfer switch, Rated at 400amps, 3 pole construction Operation for the 100KW generator. Placed on a new concrete pad prepared by bidder suitable for securing and supporting the generator. Item (B) One (1) 35KW generator industrial diesel engine generator, turbocharge/aftercooled 4 cylinder 3.4 L engine; with Item (1) installed, Automatic transfer switch, Rated at 200amps, 3 pole construction Operation for the 35KW generator. Placed on a new concrete pad prepared by bidder suitable for securing and supporting the generator. The bidders must verify their bid(s) meet the needs of the Christian County Water District's equipment it will be powering and can operate and comply with any electrical requirements imposed by the Pennyrile Electric Cooperative. Christian County Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the needs of the Christian County Water District.
