Renovation of a municipal facility in Eugene, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove jury box in Courtroom 410. Replace flooring in courtrooms 202, 203, 204, 205, 301, 302, 304, 305, 306, 307, 408, and 410, the 2nd floor north and west Circuit Court staff areas, the 3rd floor south and east hallway and staff alcoves, the 4th floor north hallway and staff alcoves, rooms 314, 315, 323, 326, 330, 333, 335, 336, 367, 465, 466, 468, and 470, and the entire District Attorney's area south of the 4th Floor Corridor. Abatement may be required for flooring upgrades. This project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 14, 2025, design is complete. This project is currently on hold due to market conditions and may be combined with a larger project. More information regarding bidding and construction is not available at this time.
