Renovation of a municipal facility in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project would replace the current wood window system throughout the Public Service Building and would include the glass skylights not replaced during the 2020 PSB roof replacement project. Aluminum framing with thermal breaks and new glass would be utilized for longevity and thermal efficiency. This project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 14, 2024, per owner, per owner, because of construction costs doubling over the last three years, it has hindered their ability to move forward with many projects. Design has not begun yet and a start date is unknown at this time. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
