Reference Number 0000351871 Purchase Type Duration: 3 years The Southwater Municipal Utility Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms interested in providing complete engineering and surveying services for the authority. his authority has assumed control of the St. Clair County-Algonac wastewater plant located in Southern St. Clair County, Michigan. The WWTP provides sanitary sewer treatment to three communities, the City of Algonac, Clay Township, and Ira Township. The WWTP was built in 1968 and is currently rated at 2.7 MGD. As a minimum standard, bidders for this proposal must present evidence that they are licensed in the State of Michigan, experienced in civil engineering and surveying and have provided municipal services to wastewater plants of comparable size or larger as further specified in this RFQ.
