License Requirements At all times during the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall have in full force and effect, all licenses required of it by law for the performance of the services described in the Agreement. Start/Delivery Date July 2024 (tentative) Project Duration It is the intent of the City to award a one (1) year agreement with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Agreement for Janitorial Services for City Facilities.
