The work comprises construction of PVC gravity sewer pipeline, manholes and appurtenances in accordance with Contract Drawings and Specifications, performing shoring and bracing per California Labor Code, performing trench backfill, pavement removal and replacement per encroachment permit issued by the County of Riverside and City of Temecula, perform approximate 150 linear leaner feet jack/bore installation, performing sewer flow bypass at required existing manhole locations, performing earthwork to construct maintenance and access road, preparation of SWPPP and implementation of BMPs during construction, developing and performing traffic control during construction, obtaining permits from the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health for destruction of groundwater monitoring wells per permit requirements, as well as all other miscellaneous items in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. Schedule A- Northern Wine Country - Phase II Sewer: The work comprises construction of approximately 4,100 linear feet of 12-inch and 9,700 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, and installation of 4-inch and 6-inch service laterals to property lines and 8-inch stub-outs along the construction location. Schedule B- Southern Wine Country Sewer: The work comprises construction of approximately 13,600 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer main and 6,000 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer main, 3,200 linear feet of 10- inch sewer main as well as 4-inch and 6-inch service laterals to property lines and 8-inch stub outs along the construction location.
