Renovation of an existing two (2) level parking garage to improve safety, security and provide a comprehensive Municipal Center complex which includes: a new parking layout, new facade, relocation of first level entrance, new stair tower, connection to new Municipal Center building, upgrading structural stability, new sidewalks and landscaping. There are no changes in bulk or floor area and occupancy. Contractors shall submit all questions in email form to both the architect and Village Manager by August 9, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total base bid. State of New York to transact such business in the sum of one hundred per cent (100%) of the price bid as security for payment of labor and materials and the faithful performance of said contract, and labor and materials and the faithful performance of said contract and furnish the required insurance, which bonds and surety and insurance shall be approved by or be satisfactory to the Village of Pelham.
