Sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete the 3-Unit Box Hangar. Rights to waive any formality in any proposed guarantee, to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to such extent as may be necessary, are reserved. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Bids may be held by the Mount Sterling - Montgomery County Airport Board for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
