Reference Number 0000269648 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/21 12:00:00 PM CDT Supplying, loading, hauling and depositing Traffic Gravel Class "A" in the Municipality of Whitemouth Area. SUPPLYING & DEPOSITING AGGREGATE Notwithstanding and in addition to the Specifications for Supplying & Depositing Aggregates, the following shall apply: All trucks shall be equipped with a backup warning alarm. The Contractor's hauling vehicles shall be restricted to Centre dump trailers only. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Completion Shall be defined as all other work. The work must be completed by no later than July 11, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is: October 31, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
