The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide concrete steps and sidewalk replacements at Residential Housing Units on an as and when requested basis. The Standing Offer Agreement will be in place for a period of two (2) years and if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, may be extended for one (1), one-year period under the same terms and conditions. The maximum amount of this Standing Offer Agreement during the first period stated above is $800,000.00. The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer Agreement may be increased up to a maximum of $100,000.00 at any time during the duration of the SOA for a total potential value of $900,000.00.
