Flood Elimination 630 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) dollars Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B See specific Contractor-furnished insurance requirements and SCA-furnished Insurance Coverage, Builder's Risk Coverage and Deductibles, the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). The OCIP Manual is available at online. Bidders shall submit a LUMP SUM BID AMOUNT in the form attached as Appendix A to the Construction Contract to complete the project within the "Performance Period" after normal school hours under the conditions specified in the Contract Documents As a condition of award under this Solicitation, the SCA will require the lowest responsive, and responsible bidder and its subcontractors of any tier performing Work on this project to become signatory to, and be bound by, the provisions of the Project labor Agreement (PLA). A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form SCA along with the required Construction Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds Bid date notes: Please remember to use the mandatory naming convention in the subject line of your email when you submit this bid. Effective immediately the subject line of all bids must contain the word bid followed by the exact solicitation number followed by the full name of the firm. Example of an email subject line would be exactly as follows: bid 24-12345d-1 smith and jones electrical if your bid is not labeled with the email subject line above, exactly as is, it will be rejected.
