The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Excavate approximately 2,500 bank cubic yards of sediment from river diversion channel Stockpile removed sediment during excavation Move sediment to disposal area Perform regulatory and environmental compliance measures during work Notice of Intent to Award: JUNE 13, 2024 Contract Completion and Notice to Proceed: JUNE 27, 2024 Project Start Date: JULY 1, 2024 Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and be accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form payable to the Agency in an amount not less than 10 percent of the amount bid. Bidders must comply with Section 00200 "Instructions to Bidders The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents may be rejected. The Agency may extend the time to award the Contract.
