The Contract shall cover the period beginning immediately upon signature of Agreement between the City and Contractor and will continue through May 31, 2025, with two (2) oneyear renewable options at the sole discretion of the City, terminating on May 31, 2027. Provide all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, transportation, licenses, permits, and fees, and other incidental items necessary, for this annual, renewable, indefinite quantity construction services project in which the City may authorize work subject to available funding. The work shall include the construction of sanitary sewer lateral related utility projects and other miscellaneous sanitary sewer asset repairs throughout the City of Suffolk, Virginia. Refer to Pages 21-22, Special Conditions, for additional details. Questions concerning this project must be in writing and addressed to the Contract Officer stated herein; and, must be received no later than 5:00 PM on May 21, 2024, five (5) business days preceding the date that the bids are accepted.
