Description: This work focuses on the east plaza of the Sullivan Arena to repair water damage in the portion of the basement under the plaza, as well as updating the waterproof membrane at the plaza. The existing plaza assembly will be removed and updated to include new water proofing. The existing concrete pavers will be reused. The existing plaza floor drains will be replaced, and a new plaza floor drain will be added on the south end of the plaza. Water damage to the ceilings in the basement admin offices will be repaired.
