The County of Lehigh is soliciting proposals for Updating The Municipal Solid Waste Plan , in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). Any official questions and/or clarifications shall be directed, in writing, to the person noted below, on or before 4:00 P.M., May 21, 2024. Questions raised after this cut-off will remain unanswered. George M. Estimated Contract Start Date August 1, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Short Term - Task #1 shall be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed. Tasks #2, #3, and #4 will occur simultaneously and will be completed within nine (9) months of the PA DEP accepting the ACT 101, Section 901 Planning Grant application. 7.2 Long Term - Task #5 (the PA DEP Response Document) will be completed and returned to the PA DEP within 90 days from the date of the PA DEP comment document. Task #6 will be completed one (1) year from the date indicated on the PA DEP Final Approval Document.
