47-16-01-04-0-015-22,47-16-01-04-5-0 Project Description: Project consists of various renovations (Sitework, HVAC upgrades and renovations, Classroom renovations at the Middle School/High School, offices at the Bus Garage, minor renovation work at the Elementary School.) Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Construction: Abatement, Demolition, and Construction. b. Site Construction: Asphalt Parking Lot Demolition and Construction. c. Mechanical Construction: Demolition and Construction. d. Electrical Construction: Demolition and Construction. e. Plumbing Construction: Demolition and Construction. f. Roofing Construction: Co-operative purchase. g. Athletic Field Construction: Co-operative purchase. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $12,250,000. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
