Unatego Elementary School: 265 Main Street, Unadilla, NY 13849. a. SED Project #: 47-16-01-04-0-009-015 Project Description: Project consists of various renovations. 1. Middle School/High School: Gym refinishing, Selective roof replacement, Selective floor and corridor refinishing, Band and Music Room refinishing, Administrative Office bathroom refinishing, Selective cabinet unit heater replacement, Exhaust fan and condensing unit work associated with the roof replacement, controls, associated electrical work. 2. Elementary School: Replacement of all interior classroom doors, Replacement of three (3) exterior doors, Ceilings to be provided in three (3) classrooms. Carpet flooring replacement in the 2nd Floor Music room, Associated lighting. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders' Questions: Construction Manager / Architect will receive bidders questions the day of the Prebid meeting to be incorporated and answered in an addendum. All bidders' questions must be provided in writing. Any bidder who returns the printed set in GOOD CONDITION to any Dataflow Office within thirty (30) calendar days following the bid opening date will be refunded their deposit. Please note that partial sets or individual sections of the Contract Documents will not be distributed. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
