Reference Number 0000351766 This Project is for the construction of Thornton Fire Station No. 8 (Station), a new Station and Fire District within the City of Thornton. The Project Site is located at 15343 Monaco, Thornton, Colorado. Constructing the Station will provide improved Fire and Emergency Medical Services access to the growing population in north Thornton. The site is currently vacant with oil wells west of the Station site. The parcel is in the process of being annexed into the City of Thornton which will be complete prior to construction start. Thornton has retained Allred & Associates to complete the Construction Documents for the Project. Bid Plans and Specifications are anticipated to be complete in July or August, 2024. The latest Design Development documents (seventy percent [70%] complete - not to be used for future bidding) are provided for reference with this Request for Contractor Qualifications as Appendix G.
