Reference Number 0000353626 The City of Thornton is soliciting proposals for a Five (5) Year On-Call Police Range Environmental Cleaning Services, Project No. 260-24. Project consist of the annual environmental cleaning, remediation and testing of the newly constructed Police Training Facility gun range and associated facilities. Thornton reserves the right to award to more than one firm as deemed appropriate by Thornton and makes no guarantees associated with the quantity or value of any awarded work. Project Description: Project consist of the annual environmental cleaning, remediation and testing of the newly constructed Police Training Facility gun range and associated facilities The Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2029, unless sooner terminated by Thornton's issuance of a Termination Notice. Upon request, rates and charges may be adjusted annually for subsequent one (1) year terms on the anniversary date of the Agreement provided; however, that increases in rates and charges may not exceed the inflation rate defined by the current Denver Boulder Greeley CPI as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
