Reference Number 0000351841 Notice is hereby given that the Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority (DRCFA) is soliciting competitive proposals for General Contractor Services for Truck Dock Pier Repairs per the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Question Deadline 05/28/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions may be directed to Ms. Angelina Sacco via email at angelina.sacco@plantemoran.com. Certified check or Bid Bond by an approved surety company must accompany each proposal in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount. DRCFA will not consider a bid proposal that include the required bid security. The DRCFA reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part, to award to other than the low bid, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to accept bid alternates. The DRCFA also reserves the right to award a contract in any manner deemed by the DRCFA, in the DRCFA's sole discretion, to be in DRCFA's best interests.
