Reference Number 00004050072 The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) within the Ministry of the Attorney General is seeking qualified Vendors to establish a Ministry-specific Vendor of Record Arrangement (VOR) to provide Basic and Complex Clean and Search and Removal Services, for the six (6) OPGT regional offices (Toronto, Hamilton, London, Ottawa, Sudbury and Thunder Bay) in Ontario. Scope of Work The two (2) categories are Basic Clean and Search and Removal Services and Complex Clean and Search and Removal Services. The Services required are the same for each region and are set out in Attachment 3 - The Deliverables of the RFB. The services are related but not limited to: cleaning, removing and disposing garbage and unsalvageable items found on premises owned or rented by a PGT Client; assisting OPGT Investigators with conducting searches of the premises; transporting and/or storing items to various locations such as a Client location, auctioneer and/or another storage service provider, as the OPGT directs, and in the specific OPGT geographical region. Bidders may submit a Bid for one or more regions. The Bidders also have the option to bid on one or both of the two categories (Basic and Complex Services) in any region.
