Upgrade to the Toronto District School Board Scarborough Outdoor Education Centre. Hours of Work: Non-destructive work can be performed during regular hours. Any work effecting school operation shall be carried out after hours or on the weekend in accordance with the city by-law. TIMELINE: A Request For Quotations has been issued by the owner. The awarded proponent will provide Professional Services Facility Condition Assessment at Scarborough. Design services shall be provided under and comply with Pre-Qualified Architectural Design Services RFPQ. The Professional Services Provider is required to assemble a group of design sub-disciplines to provide the required professional services to successfully complete the assessment. The successful Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. 100% of Evaluation Criteria is based on Price Contract Specialist: Devika Madho Question Deadline: Thu May 23, 2024 12:00 PM The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
