Reference Number 0000351831 Through this request for quote (RFQ), the City of Dearborn (City) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit bids to remove and demo the existing outdoor playscape at the FCPAC. Question Deadline 05/14/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Local Service Required. The center used to operate a daycare area, which includes an outdoor playscape. Post covid, the daycare was shut down, and we are looking to remove the outdoor playscape. Due to the age of the playscape, a demo is required because the new state guidelines for playground equipment and safety such ADA, etc Remove a section of the fence, and demo playground, and rubber surfacing at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. Disposal of spills, and basic site restoration. Contractor also responsible for disposal of playground, and taking it off site. Repair section of fence after completion. 5.
