Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Woodward, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Base Bid Construct Terminal Building and Parking Lot Add Alternate No. 1 Add Automatic Transfer Switch and Standby Generator Add Alternate No. 2 Construct Additional Parking Lot. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Woodward, Oklahoma. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance, payment, and maintenance bonds each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price at the time of contract execution. The owner has established a contract performance time of three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed. The right is reserved, as the City of Woodward, Oklahoma may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
