Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodward, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Based on available funding, the City of Woodward has the right to award either one or both tank rehabilitation options. If only one tank option is initially awarded to the contractor, the City of Woodward may award the second tank option at any time as long as the contractor has not demobilized from the project. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitate two existing ground storage tanks located near Woodward, OK Rehabilitate two existing ground storage tanks near Woodward, OK SW Country Tank - 2,000,000 Gallons (119'D by 24'H) NW Lower Tank - 500,000 Gallons (65'D by 20'H) The estimated project cost is: a. SW Country Tank: $525,000.00 b. NW Lower Tank: $275,000.00 The required completion time for the project is 120 days. The contractor will be permitted to work 7 days a week. Any operation that requires inspection or interaction with the Engineer or Owner must be conducted during normal business hours. Q/A- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
