As of June 6, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work consists of the installation of one water tank mixing system at tank location owned and operated by the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority. The tank is the Maple Avenue 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tank that was recently renovated. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Work is contained under a single lump sum price contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07.B of the General Conditions within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run The project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. A pre-bid meeting will not be held.
