**As of July 17, 2024 bids came in over the budget. Owner will be working on redesigning and trying to find savings to get back in budget. Project will rebid at a later time. South Summit Baseball Complex Phase-2 Parking Lot extension of a Baseball Complex to include the extended parking lot, concrete walks and flatwork, landscaping, alternate for parking lot lighting, and alternate access drive to the adjacent elementary school parking lot.
