Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kamas, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The principal items of work are approximately as follows: 1.1200 Sq Ft Concrete Sidewalk 6" Thick (10' width) 2. 675 Sq Ft Concrete Sidewalk 4" Thick (5' Width) The project shall be substantially complete by July 12, 2024. The following Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $560 per day if the project is not substantially complete. Bond Notes: Each bidder shall submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Surety Company; or in lieu thereof, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Summit County as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required.
