Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kamas, Utah. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of February 27, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Design services for an asphalt trail to run alongside SR-32 from Marion to Kamas (1500 North-300 North) and Kamas to Francis (530 South-SR-35), approximately three miles total. Consultant will be completing a full design package including vertical and horizontal alignment, signage, striping, storm drain/drainage, sidewalk, existing utilities, existing utility conflicts and suggested remedies, culvert extensions, earthwork, typical sections, driveway tie-ins, etc. Note: Phase 2 will require bridge design to cross over a creek and Phase 3 will require the redesign of an irrigation diversion structure. Summit County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of Summit County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
