Sprinkler Care Maintenance Bids for the Sprinkler Care Maintenance Contract. The season will run from May 1, 2025, to October 1, 2025, potentially extending two weeks depending upon weather. This contract may be extended by one (1) year based upon the quality of work provided during the 2025 season. Successful bid will be responsible for checking and providing necessary maintenance on all sprinklers and checking the watering systems of each of the nine (9) cemeteries once each week. Successful bid must be bondable and provide a copy of liability insurance policy and business license to District. Successful bid will provide and use their own equipment, supplying necessary fuel and maintenance of same.
