The Project generally includes replacement of the upgrading of the existing aerated lagoon, adding a disinfection system and rehabilitating 3 existing wastewater pumping stations under DNR-ARPA Project Number DNR-WW-C22B5E635BA9. Bids shall be a combination of lump sum and unit prices. One contract will be awarded for all work. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable charge of $150 for each printed set and $25 for a digital copy. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Waters Engineering. Upon request and receipt of the non-refundable charge indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders should note the requirements for OSHA training of workmen and the requirements prohibiting the employment of unauthorized aliens prohibited including the submission of an Affidavit of Work Authorization with their bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
