Project involves approximately 680 lineal feet of road construction including 1,360 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 670 lineal feet of sanitary, 600 lineal feet of water main, and 380 lineal feet of storm sewer as well as associated roadway removal, shaping and grading, driveway replacement and restoration. Est. Value: $ 400,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2024 Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the Village of Bonduel in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Village of Bonduel reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
