**As of July 01, 2025, the project was awarded to MCC, Inc., with an awarded amount of $61,547.88.** Est. Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2025 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There is no prebid meeting. Description: Project involves pulverizing and repaving approximately 1700 square yards of roadway. The Village anticipates 410 tons of asphalt paving. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Village of Bonduel in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. The Village of Bonduel reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. The Village also reserves the right to expand or reduce the scope of work to align with the Village's budget for this Work. Village will direct Contractor on the order that streets are to be completed. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
