Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Delavan, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Solicitation Id: SE-02 The curb ramps need to be reconstructed to meet current ADA standards Perpetuation project along STH 11 from West to Adams St and STH 67 from STH 11 to 3rd in Elkhorn; STH 50 from Grove to Washington and Lakeside to Rowley in Delavan and STH 59 from Chicago St to Executive Dr in Whitewater in Walworth County. Approximately 160 curb ramps at 30 intersections need to be modified. Curb ramps will be reconstructed to meet standards or to the maximum extent feasible. Work will include concrete sidewalk reconstruction, detectable warning fields, push buttons, grading, and concrete curb and gutter. Fee, TLE, and possibly PLE real estate are anticipated. Field survey is required. Mobile LiDAR or other efficient methods should be used.
