2. Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of replacement of an existing sewage lift station including, submersible pumping equipment, new cast-in-place valve vault, mechanical equipment and piping, SCADA and electrical work,8-inch force main replacement, site work, and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Delavan Lake Sanitary District for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. 4. Rejection of Bids. The Boardof Commissioners reserves theright to reject any or all Bids andto waive technicalities.
