No definite date for rebid.** Springfield High School of Science Technology Medical Assistant Classroom Renovation The City through its Department of Parks, Buildings Recreation Management Facilities Division is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to renovate existing classrooms into medical assistant classrooms. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below, and bidders must include a current DCAMM SubBidder Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. SUBTRADES Electrical Plumbing Estimated cost of the project is One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00). The Sub-Bidders will be required to pay State and Federal Prevailing Wages whenever applicable. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) by close of business on 5/20/24 for filed sub bidders in order to be considered. The City of Springfield goal of twenty percent (20%) MWBE participation applies. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety and Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage rates may apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so.
