The College of the Rockies ("College") invites proposals from janitorial service providers to provide daily custodial service at the College of Rockies' Cranbrook Campus Buildings and Student Residence Buildings. The Campus is located at 2700 College Way, Cranbrook, BC. The College seeks a cleaning Contract, which will commence on August 19th, 2024, for a period of twenty-four (24) calendar months from the starting date. This meeting will include a walk-through of the Campus to allow the Proposers an opportunity to view the Campus facilities and provide the opportunity to answer any queries. Oral questions will be allowed at the Proponents' meeting. However, questions of a complex nature, or questions where the Proponent requires anonymity, should be forwarded in writing, prior to the meeting, to the College's Contact person designated above. Failure to attend will result in a nonqualifying bid. The College's Cranbrook Campus is located at 2700 College Way, Cranbrook, BC. Areas under the Contract are in SQUARE METRES. Cranbrook Campus Buildings are presently calculated at approximately 26,218 square meters. Student Residence Buildings are presently calculated at approximately 7,650 square meters. Cleaning must be performed in accordance with the Frequency Cleaning Schedules and Housekeeping Standards applicable to each work site. For clarification, the Housekeeping Standards are meant to be guidelines for the provision of service and may be amended as needed. Amendments which result in significant added or decreased costs for service provision may be reviewed for appropriate rate changes.
