Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Question Deadline 05/22/2024 Any inquires by bidders as to interpretations of the Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, or other Contract Documents must be submitted to with the MPA Project Number referenced in the subject line, not later than seven (7) days before the advertised date for submission. The Project Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Generator, Furnishing And Installing A New 800kw, 480/277v Diesel Generator With A New Double-wall, Above-ground, 660-gallon Diesel Storage Tank, Generator Room Modifications, New Concrete Access Stairs, Doors And Railings. The Work Also Includes The Temporary Power To Avoid Interruptions And Appurtenances Needed To Complete The Work. This Contract has a combined MBE/WBE goal of 3.5%. The work may be performed by any combination of MBEs and WBEs The Work Includes The Demolition And Replacement Of An Existing Generator Including Generator Room Upgrades.
