Renovation of an educational facility in Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of July 10, 2024, project was awarded to DR Anderson but awarded amount is not available.** The Project consists of the alteration of the existing Cedar Bluffs Public School. The work involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: The scope of work will include the renovation of approximately 5,000 sq ft of the existing Cedar Bluffs Public School, in the old cafeteria and the main entry areas, including classrooms, restrooms, second floor storage area, corridor, secure entry office and vestibule. Specific construction activities will include: Concrete slabs on grade, concrete footings, masonry and metal stud bearing walls, steel stairs, light gauge steel joists, floor sheathing, metal deck, carpeting, gyp board, tile, acoustical ceilings, paint, hollow metal frames, wood doors, aluminum entrances, HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting systems as indicated in the construction documents. Location- Cedar Bluffs Public Schools 110 E Main Street, Cedar Bluffs, NE 68015 DOC. NOTE- If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, they shall include with their request a $100.00 per set deposit. a separate, non-refundable check made out to A&D Technical Supply for an additional $25.00 per set to cover postage and handling. Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening. Plans are also available for viewing at Builders Bureaus listed below. A list of bidders may be examined on the internet at www.adtechsupply.com. ALTERATIONS WORK A. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 02 41 00. B. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. C. Plumbing: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. D. HVAC: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. E. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. F. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. G. Fire Alarm: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. H. Telephone: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. I. Security System: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. J. Sound System: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. K. IT Data System: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. L. Fiber Optics System: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. M. The Owner may remove salvage items before or during the work. Walk through the building with the Owner and confirm items to be removed by the Owner and a schedule for removal, before starting work.
