Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Kokomo, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 76,851-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center.

A. In addition to compliance with other requirements, the Bidder shall provide one copy of this Subcontractors and Products List, complete, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Complete the blanks appropriate to the Work on which you have Bid. Submit this List to the Architect by e-mail no later than Noon on the day following the Bid Date. B. It is intended that this list name the Subcontractor (Installer) and Product manufacturer proposed for the Work. The Owner and Architect will choose the Subcontractor or Product for any item where the Bidder leaves a blank, lists more than one name, lists as specified, or uses another word or words for the item in question. Question Deadline 05/16/2024 at 2:00 PM ET A question and answer period will be held at Kokomo Memorial Gymnasium, 200 Apperson Way, Kokomo, Indiana at 2:00 PM, local time, on May 16, 2024. Kokomo School Corporation - Memorial Gym Renovations Bids should be made on the form included in the Project Manual which is based on the Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013), and shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety company, payable to the order of the School Corporation, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. In the event any bidder withdraws his bid or fails to execute a satisfactory contract or contracts and furnish a satisfactory performance bond or bonds within ten (10) days after a contract or contracts has been awarded to such bidder by the School Corporation, said School Corporation may declare his certified check or cashier's check or bid bond forfeited to said School Corporation as liquidated damages. The School Corporation shall have the right: to accept any Bid within ninety (90) days after the time of opening of the Bids, during which time no Bids shall be withdrawn.
