Renovation of a parking garage in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing system at one (1) building, including porch roofs and one (1) garage. 2. Replacing shingles, damaged or rotted sheathing, waterproofing membranes, ventilation accessories, soffit panels, deteriorated metal cap and base flashings. 3. Removal and replacement of gutters and downspouts. 4. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 5. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 6. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. Building and garage roof replacement. Estimated Cost $60,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 05/16/2024
