H319 - Civil Air Terminal Architectural and Security Upgrades. The project includes preconstruction, construction management, investigations, and design support services. The project involves accessibility upgrades to exterior ramps, construction of a new ramp, and interior modifications to comply with code. Renovations aim to improve passenger experience and security, including restroom upgrades, ACS doors, and camera installations. Car rental desks will be relocated, and IT operations will be moved to level 3, with a new server room facilitating network connections. The radio room will integrate with a new UPS system, and upgrades to the emergency electric room will support IT and elevator enhancements. Estimated Cost $13.5 million Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
