Contract #3 - Remote Pressure Monitoring System: This work consists of all equipment, labor, and materials for all components necessary for installing a remote pressure monitoring systems along the SCWA's 28-mile water transmission main. M/WBE goals for this project are 20%. No interpretations of the meaning of the specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to: Annie McDonald-Schwartz, E.I.T, Design Engineer Delaware Engineering, D.P.C. 28 Madison Avenue Extension, Albany, NY 12203 Please note that online is the designated location and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All Bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information including bid addenda. Any Addenda will be emailed from bidding service and will be available at online. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
